Second, IC tube extrusion die

      Extrusion die and sizing die are two parts. Special S136H mirror steel is used for special extrusion die. The mold flow path is smooth and there is no dead corner accumulation. The sizing die is polished to the mirror surface to ensure the surface of the product is smooth and less scratched.

Third, three-dimensional electric setting table

      Three-dimensional adjustment frame, front and rear (electric), left and right, lifting adjustment, easy to operate, with domestic high-quality vacuum pump and water pump, providing 12-way vacuum, 12-way cooling water joint, to meet the needs of most parts of the mold, strong versatility. The design of the whole machine is compact and strong, the vibration is small, and the appearance is simple and beautiful.

Fourth, belt traction machine

      Surface PU foamed V-ribbed belt, the surface is wear-resistant, the effective length is 1 meter, and it can provide sufficient traction under small pressing force, so that the product can be continuously and stably pulled under the condition of no pressure change, the belt can be opened and closed, and the lift can be adjusted. Frequency conversion adjustment, traction line speed 0-15 m / min precision stepless adjustable.

Five, cutting machine / material
